Christmas Balls
Ingredients
| 1⅓ | cups | plain flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | baking soda |
| ⅓ | cup | condensed milk |
| 1 | yolk | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | vanilla essence |
| 1 | tablespoon | melted butter |
| 1½ | teaspoons | water |
| 2-3 | drops | food color |
Filling
| 1 | cup | cooked peeled mung beans |
| 6 | tablespoons | castor sugar |
| ½ | cup | coconut |
| 2 | tablespoons | coconut cream |
Sift flour and baking powder into the work bowl of a food processor. Add all ingredients to the bowl. Use metal blade and process until the mixture forms a balls. Shape the dough into 1″ diameter balls. Flatten each ball and place the filling in the middle and close up. Place 8 balls in ring on microwave cooking sheet. Microwave at High (600-700 Watts) for 2½ minutes. To make filling: blend all ingredients with blender and pour into a medium size mixing bowl. Cook, uncovered, at High for 3 minutes. Shape into balls, ½” diameter.
